Position Summary The Clinical Product Manager role leads Cardinal Health’s Educational Imperatives for Channel Partnerships Asia. The role is responsible for all elements of clinical education, portfolio segmentation & driving effective market shaping activities. The individual will work with the Commercial & Marketing Teams for the Focused Growth Portfolios; working with dedicated or multi-line distributor team and the Cardinal Health Direct Sales Team to develop relationships with customers, and create new business networks and connectivity, while identifying and evaluating new opportunities.The role will report directly to the Channel Partnership Asia Director located in Singapore and be a critical member of Sales & Marketing Team.Responsibilities Drive Clinical Education for Current & Future Customers in the Focused Growth Categories – Compression, Nutritional Delivery etc. in Strategic & Key Distributor Markets - Thailand, India, Vietnam, Philippines, Taiwan, Hong KongEnsure alignment of messaging across all partners/HCPsOrganize & spearhead educational events, i.e. monthly training, hospital in-service meeting and/or peer-to-peer workshopsKOL Building through engagement activities in Strategic MarketsUnderstand & map Public Hospitals buying process and reimbursement schemes across strategic marketsDrive wins in key strategic tenders through tender shaping & specificationsWork with Internal Teams to develop standardize materials to drive in-service specialty targetingContinuously improve product knowledge and selling related skills, to provide better value add to customers that differentiates Cardinal from competitorsConduct Market Surveys for market sizing and collect various data reports from channel partners as required by the organizationUnderstand the competitive landscape and be the on-the-ground market intelligence of Cardinal HealthShare best practices within the organization and participate in organizational activitiesDevelop, maintain and strengthen long term favorable customer relationships with various stakeholders in important accounts together with Channel Partners and Sales TeamsBe the “face of the company” for customers by providing regular communication, addressing concerns, registering complaints, and leveraging opportunities to deliver customer satisfactionWork in compliant and ethical manner; always adhere to company policies & local regulationsTeam work to achieve individual and team’s goals – work with internal and external partners – to be able to serve customersRequirementsBachelor’s degreeHealthcare background3-7 years clinical experience in Medical Consumables and Devices Industry or professional experience in OT Hospital Setting. Direct experience with Surgeons & Operating Theatre Nurses preferred.Good verbal and written English communication and interpersonal skillsStrong team player and able to work independentlyExcellent communication skills with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third partiesKeen understanding of engaging Distributor Markets & Distributor Sales TeamsResults Oriented Environment familiar at driving educational programs in cross departmental & complex public sector environmentLeverage on good product and clinical skills to gain In Market InsightsAbility to learn quickly and work in dynamic work environment independently while taking ownership & work with ambiguityEmbraces out-of-the-box thinking in engaging and challenging teams when looking at challenges and opportunitiesAbility to think strategically and yet is hands-on, operationallyTravelling : 50%Candidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply.Cardinal Health supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience and background.
