Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initial planning and design to final implementation and handover. Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure that projects adhere to the latest requirements. Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints. Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose value engineering solutions without compromising quality or safety. Implement quality control processes to ensure that construction work meets established standards and specifications. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues promptly. Proactively address safety concerns and promote a culture of safety among project teams. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members to ensure alignment and cohesion. Coordinate the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to support construction activities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in construction management, with a focus on food industry projects. Background as this role is project management heavy in Food or Pharma industry is essential due to having to understand how to execute a high hygiene construction project. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in project management software tools and applications. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire project teams. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Certification in construction management (., Certified Construction Manager) is a plus.
