Cuisine Chef Instructor Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School is a joint venture company with its presence in Thailand since 2007. With over 125 years of teaching experience, Le Cordon Bleu successfully achieves its mission of transmission and influence of French gastronomy through its network of 35 campuses, located in 20 countries. We are looking for people to join our team. Le Cordon Bleu Dusit is looking for Cuisine Chef Instructor to join our challenging and ever-growing culinary school. You will be part of a talented, hardworking and creative team who love what they do. A Cuisine Chef Instructor is a member of the broader Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Chef Instructor team. The main purpose of the job is to train students in the traditional culinary and cultural knowledge and skills required of a professional Cuisine chef. The position is responsible for the effective implementation, delivery, and assessment of educational programs, short courses, and workshops as designated by Le Cordon Bleu Dusit. Cuisine Chef Instructors provide academic and professional leadership in the classroom and are ambassadors for the promotion of Cuisine, both nationally and to international education markets. Qualifications Professional/Technical qualificationsTeacher training and/or higher-level qualification is a plus.Be knowledgeable about relevant culinary arts trends, techniques, and professional practices to inform.High-quality instruction to students from diverse backgrounds. Work Experience A minimum of 5–10-year experience of working in a culinary industry setting as chef/executive chef in a restaurant (including fine dining), starred restaurant , hotel, resortExperience in French cuisine.Experience as a training/instructor role, preferably in an international environment, is a plus.
