A Digital Marketing Manager creates, plans and manages a business or brand’s marketing campaigns on the web, website content management, social media and other digital marketing platforms. Their duties include identifying market trends, planning campaigns and using web analytic tools to analyse the performance of marketing campaigns.JOB DESCRIPTIONS: Monitor and ensure the company website maintains current and relevant content within each section.Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, display ads, SEO, SEM and Pay Per Click (PPC)..Prepare accurate reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs.Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns.Develop strategies that drive customers to the website.Using a content management system (CMS) to edit or update information on existing websites.Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, target audience, audience engagement, to improve the website content.Manage the daily activities of content composed of graphic designers, photographer, and collaboration across departments.Working with local team and regional team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.Oversees the activities and social media campaigns to match that align with the company brand’s presence.Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.At all times comply with company policies, brand guidelines, procedures and instructions. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.5+ years of experience in content strategy, information architecture, and taxonomy.Experience with personalization, brand messaging, and product positioning.Experience with building global website experiences.Strong project management and organizational skills.Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Confident stakeholder management skills.• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
