Introduction JOIN US! We seek an experienced Customer Success / Customer Engagement and Delivery Director to join our team for 12 months, working with our client and client facing teams in Thailand as a Director Customer Value Delivery You will provide dedicated consulting support to a retailer, guiding and coordinating with a team of onsite consultants in this customer facing role. You will forge strong, expert relationships with the client to understand and align to the client’s strategic goals. We look for problem solvers who know how to get things done. Reporting to the Head of Client Engagement you will: Support the client in achieving its growth potential through the use of customer insight, data and artificial intelligence Build robust, long lasting relationships with colleagues at all levels of the business and across functions within the client. Provide guidance and mentoring for local client team members as well as key client stakeholders – using your retail process and subject matter expertise to fine-tune and direct the best route to client value delivery based on SymphonyAI’s solutions suite. Seek opportunities to adapt and improve upon the ways both SymphonyAI and the client do business leveraging customer insight and data, while engaging stakeholders in developing these opportunities Guide team of onsite consultants to ensure consistent execution and delivery on targets Partner with internal and external CPG focused groups on key initiatives Train clients on how to infuse SymphonyAI Retail tools and insights into Retail business processes Support all key business strategies as identified by client Participate in and assist with preparations for team and client meetings as requested Support the development of best practices, training and reference materials As a key member of the retail team, your support will include using SymphonyAI Retail solutions (training will be provided) WHAT WILL YOU BRING? At least 10 years' experience in customer centric retailing from either a consulting or retailer standpoint Languages - English mother tongue Understanding of category management or experience in a CPG would be an advantage Bachelor's degree Experience of influencing senior executives and managing / coaching teams Self-starter skills and ability to work with groups to achieve optimal performance Strong understanding of the grocery retail landscape and retail processes Understanding of leveraging customer insights / data Ability to adapt and prioritise accordingly Approaches problems as opportunities for improvement Ability to roll sleeves up and get into the detail Well honed communication skills and articulate in client meetings Accomplished collaboration and negotiation skills Genuine customer focus with deep commitment to client and internal customer satisfaction Passion, enthusiasm and curiosity #LI-VA1 #LI-Hybrid About Us SymphonyAI is building the leading enterprise AI SaaS company for digital transformation across the most critical and resilient growth industries, including retail, consumer packaged goods, financial crime prevention, manufacturing, media, and IT service management.
