Job Description The incumbent is a key member of the Food & Beverage Marketing to drive and execute the Food and Beverage (F&B) Marketing Strategy for designated properties/business entities. The position will report to the Cluster Director of MARCOM.  Key responsibilities will include engaging a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute all related F&B marketing initiatives that will ultimately drive F&B revenue. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time. This position will work closely with other departments within the Cluster (e.g., F&B Operations, F&B Sales, F&B Digital Marketing, F&B Social Media, MARCOM & PR, etc.) and with senior leadership. (This position is based in Bangkok at one of our properties and reports directly to the Cluster Director of MARCOM) Designated Properties: Anantara Siam Bangkok Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort and Loy Pela Voyages Avani+ Riverside Bangkok Hotel Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in the Hotel & Restaurant/Food & Beverage industry in the same capacity. Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.  Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.  Possesses a superb understanding of the MARCOM/Public Relations/Media/F&B Marketing Landscape.  Up to speed with current and F&B marketing techniques and best practices. Work well under pressure and attention to detail.
