We foster diversity and inclusion by building on our strong corporate culture.Job DescriptionBusiness Development:> Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.> Achieve sales target > Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets. > Drive the business geographic expansion as per Group's direction.> Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. > Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Team.> Creates and conducts proposal presentations > Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance. > Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, whi le striving to maintain maximum profit margin.> Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.> Conducts one-on-one review with all sales staff to build more effective communications, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales target and activity performance.> Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the teamAccounts Management:> Create, develop and maintain contacts with all clients / customers partners / official bodies in the market area to ensure hi gh levels of client satisfaction, promote the company branding and to sustain a long-term business relationship.> Lead and support sales team on Account Management activity.> Work with Marketing Team and carries out continuous market analysis and research on the dynamics of the account.> Response to all stakeholders' needs and enquiries in a professional and timely manner> Work with supervisor and cross functional team to identify gaps in the products / services to make improvement.> To solve problems that might arise from complaints and pitfalls in customer communications> Supply sales team with required support materials and training to give them the best change of optimizing results from sales & marketing activity.People Management:> Recruits, tests, and hires staff based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.> Responsible for the performance, training & development for all staff.> Ensures that all sales staff meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.> Hands-on, yet to delegates authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up when appropriate.> Sets examples for all staff in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.> Conducts regular coaching and counseling with employees to build motivation and selling skills> Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees> Retain high performing staffQualifications• Degree in Sales and Marketing / Engineering• Seasoned Professional with minimum 8 years in related business.• Experience with durable goods & building services Industry• Deep understanding of distribution sales / channel sales business model and market trends• Proven track record in sales, business development and exposure on P&L responsibilities• Strategic thinker, strong leadership• Open & positive mind-set on organizational development• Highly self-motivated, aggressive and result focus• A high level of commercial awareness and entrepreneurship• Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment• Excellent negotiation, influential & persuasive skill• Exceptional communication and presentation skills• Demonstrated ability to clarify and summarize complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans• Excellent project management experience, with the ability to lead and handle multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects• Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally • Hands on attitude toward the business - development & expansion• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with international teams and liaise with different levels of people• Able to comply with government regulations as well as foreign/international regulations High ethics and integrity, trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information,• Proficient in Microsoft Office• Fluent in English for both written & spokenAdditional InformationPlease mention your current and expected salary and notice period in the CV.The protection of our candidates’ personal data is a commitment of Somfy Group.
