At the same time, we have ambition to build an international brand by establishing an even more global presence. What you’ll doPlanned overall processes to recruit new drivers to meet Supply needs. Build up driver leads Quantity & quality. (Optimize & scale Driver refer Driver, Other offline acquisition channels / events in early-stage cities, Expansion area for recruiting)Optimize onboarding flow ( Virtual training content, documents required and help text, etc.) to improve conversion rates.Set up over supply for implementation period and maintain smoothly.Manage onboarding team members to improve onboarding performance. (Conversion Team, Verification Team)Work with Driver Comms to set up & optimize communications throughout the onboarding process.Work with Head Quarter optimize & execute onboarding requirements and process ( Deposit, stickers, etc.)Create initiatives project for boosting quantity as per peak period. What you’ll needAt least 3 years experiences in Supply Chain, Transport, Warehouse, Fleet management service English with Strong communication skills, verbal and written and confidence to present to an audience at a business level.Experience as set up new warehouse, new hub, new city will be a definite advantageAbility to translate a business problem to an analytical framework, with clear understanding of design and its limitations.Critical thinking, with analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertiseStrong project management skills along with the natural aptitude to build, deploy and maintain scalable, modularized and version-controlled solutions.Understanding and experience of using machine learning toolsTo all candidates- Lalamove respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.This Notice will inform you how we will use your personal data, explain your privacy rights and the protection you have by the law when you apply to join us.
