Job Purpose:

Your Role:
As an FB/Sales executive, you'll collaborate with our FB departmentand sales and marketing teams. Serving as the initial point of contact forguests, you'll handle booking inquiries via phone, email or online platforms.Responsibilities include recording guest needs, providing information on rooms,restaurants, bars, and group bookings, and identifying selling opportunities.You'll create exceptional experiences, ensuring guests are delighted andsurprised in Hua Hin, making their visit anything but standard.
Skills needed
· Experience as a Restaurant ReservationsExecutive or Host/Hostess, engaging with guests from diverse backgrounds, ideallyin the boutique hotel sector.
· Highly social, motivated, proactive, professionaland positive attitude in all interactions
· Well organized with keen attention todetail, possessing natural sales ability.
· Familiar with TMS, Okkami, Futurelog, allMicrosoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, powerpoint); training provided.
· Fluency in Thai and English speaking andwriting is essential; additional languages are a plus.
· Flexibility in working hours, includingshifts and weekends, is required.
