Our client is a large, well known company in Thailand. They are now looking for an experienced HR professional that has strong experience at supervisory level to join their team as a Head of HR.
Responsibilities
Leading the HRM and HRD team to develop organizational design and strategies based on company goals and ambitions.Managing the full scope of human resource functions including Talent Acquisition & Development, Performance Management Systems (PMS), Workforce & Manpower Planning, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and Rules & Regulations, and, human resources development includes Learning & Development, and Organizational Development (Corporate Culture, Employee Engagement, Succession Planning)Supervising and providing guidance and practice in HR on complex issues or questions to the CEO & top management.Contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies to achieve corporate/business objectives.Supporting the business objectives with the HRD process by developing and implementing performance management tools.Planning, organizing and directing HR administration to achieve departmental and corporate objectives and ensure the effective provision of services in terms of costs, quality and timelinessManaging and promoting pleasant employee relations by providing frequent messages and adopting a problem-solving approach to employee relations issues.Working with related parties to develop and influence the execution of people strategies to drive growth and and build employer branding. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 10 years experience in the full scope of human resources activities, both operations and analysis.Solid experience from a large organization / public company / retail business.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate and persuade others.Ability to interact with all levels of an organization with a strong communication and presentation skills.Leadership skills, a people-oriented charisma and character, and familiar with a multinational working environment.Good command of English.Benefits of working as a Head of HR in Bangkok Bangkok:
