• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies in alignment with organizational objectives and industry trends.
• Ensure the consistent and effective management of brand identity across all marketing channels.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute product launches to maximize market impact and consumer engagement.
• Design and supervise the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media and in-store platforms.
• Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of beauty industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics.
• Mentor and manage the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Oversee all marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and influencer partnerships.
• Manage public relations efforts and cultivate relationships with beauty editors, influencers, and media representatives.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and systematically track and report on marketing performance to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, MBA is preferred.
• About 10 years of Marketing experience, with minimum 5 years specifically in health & beauty industry.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in English.
• Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Extensive knowledge of beauty products, market trends, and consumer behavior.
