Job Description

HR & Admin Staff (Visa/Work Permit) (22K–30K) (SDG-106823)เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่าย HR และแอดมิน (วีซ่า/ใบอนุญาตทำงาน) - Handling work permits and VISA for Japanese staff on their own (Approximately 30 Japanese)- Communicate with the HR agency and inform the company or position information- Be the window of agency and candidate (Recruit)- Be in charge of Payroll, time attendance, and compensation & benefits.- Commission Calculation for sales team- Ordering equipment, arranging cars for staff client visitation, and updating car insurance <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - ดำเนินการเรื่องใบอนุญาตทำงานและ VISA ให้กับพนักงานชาวญี่ปุ่นด้วยตัวเอง (ชาวญี่ปุ่นประมาณ 30 คน)- ติดต่อสื่อสารกับหน่วยงาน HR และแจ้งข้อมูลบริษัทหรือตำแหน่งงาน- เป็นหน้าต่างของหน่วยงานและผู้สมัคร (Recruit)- รับผิดชอบเรื่องเงินเดือน เวลาเข้างาน และค่าตอบแทนและสวัสดิการ- การคำนวณค่าคอมมิชชันสำหรับทีมขาย- สั่งซื้ออุปกรณ์, จัดรถให้พนักงานเข้าพบลูกค้า, และอัปเดตประกันภัยรถยนต์

Job Requirement
