Every day is a chance to learn something new and turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to:)Creation and amendment of employment agreements and variation lettersCoordinating the sending and receipt of all new starter paperwork for timely processing by HRIS & payrollEnsure high standards are maintained and HR policies and procedures are correctly followedEnsure timely processing of staff terminations and other employment changesKeep up to date and be able to provide basic award &classifications interpretation, leave policies as requiredProvide administrative support and assistance as required for:Creating and distributing new hire Employment AgreementsCreating and distributing contract variations, transfers, promotions, status changesMaking up of employee new start and induction paperworkAnswering enquiries in relation to new starters Assist with recruitment administration as requiredAnswer HR incoming calls and queries Provide ongoing support and administrative assistance to the human resources consultants and managersContinually provide high levels of customer serviceProvide relief to reception, recruitment and payroll administration as requiredProvide administrative support and assistant for expats hiring interm of visa and work permit process and ensuring all employees have the right to work at the organizationDisplay a Count On Me! service to all internal and external partiesAdvising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employment policies and prodedures KEY POSITION CRITERIA:Strong customer service ethicExcellent administration and organizational skillsHigh level of attention to detailAbility to prioritise heavy workloads and maintain a positive focusClearly demonstrates Company values and works towards Company objectivesAbility to contribute positively to internal team meetings, etcAbility to maintain confidentiality at all timesAbility to effectively work with people in all departments and at all levelsSound understanding of awards and other relevant employment legislationExcellent Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skillsWritten and verbal communication skillsDemonstrates high level of autonomy and ability to work with minimum supervisionHigh level of flexibility and ability to respond to internal client’s needsAbility to solve routine problemsAbility to contribute positively to team goals and objectivesAbility to multi-task and demonstrate high levels of initiativeWhere Memories Start with YouHospitality is at the heart of all we do at Travel + Leisure Co.
