Job Requirements Position titleHR Business Partner - Thailand Reports toHead - HR (GCO, GBO & GPS) Job gradeManager LocationBangkok, Thailand Job PurposeThe role of HR Business Partner will be to lead, design and execute people strategies in line with the organization and function imperatives for the Thailand GCO team to enable achievement of business strategies. The incumbent will act as the lead for all people interventions for the region, including end to end life cycle management, design and implement HR practices for creating a highly customer centric organization.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement the people agenda for the functionDesign innovative practices and ensure implementation of people life cycle managementOversee the monthly payroll process, ensure timely capturing of inputs, work with Finance & external payroll partner and ensure timely disbursement of salaryEnsure all compliances are timely updated in the systemManage and oversee office administrationWork with Leadership team (Country Manager / Regional Managers - Sales & Service / Marketing / HR / Finance to ensure due HR supportEnsure timely hiring of all positions within timelinesEnsure continuous skill upgradation of manpower through specific learning interventions, ensure quality checks to continuously modify the learning agenda as per business requirementsOversee the implementation of the learning & development (L&D) plan by monitoring the Learning dashboard and ensure that all people attend mandatory trainings and workshops (Instructor Led Training / E-learning)Ensure completion of performance management process (PMS) process on time with due adherence to guidelinesMonitor engagement scores and drive employee engagement by implementing new initiativesImplement and roll out HR processes and policies for the region and ensure compliance to all policies and proceduresEnsure flawless database management in HRMS, ensure on time and correct reports, undertake periodic audits, ensure timely updation of manpower data (joining and exits) are captured in system- draw analytics for decision makingProvides support and guidance to Leadership team, Sales & Service Managers and other team members when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminationsAnalyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talentOversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigationsEnsure due adherence to compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices and conduct periodic audits to maintain complianceMaintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment lawEnsure cordial workplace by conducting regular team celebrations / recognition eventsWork Experience EducationPost Graduate Degree / Diploma (Full Time) in Human Resources / Psychology / related fieldFull Time Bachelors Degree - Any specializationSpecialization in Human ResourcesExperience8+ years experience in a similar role in an HRBP role for customer facing functions (Sales / Service / Dealership)Proven experience of working directly with Leadership teamExposure to COE functions (Talent Acquisition / Learning & Development / Talent Management)Knowledge of latest HR Digital tools and practices, experience in implementation of any such tools
