OverviewSalary80,000 THB ~ 100,000 THBIndustryConstructionJob DescriptionDescription of work:- Responsible as a Business Partner to provide strategic development plan to the management- Implementing HR strategies that align with the business goals and objectives.- Research and utilize the human resource development tools for the objectives- Manage employee competency appraisal and KPI system- Conduct and develop the strategic program, training and development program, engagement survey- Collaborate closely with department heads and managers to provide guidance and support in achieving their goals through effective HR strategies.- Provide consultation talent management and succession planning processes- Involve corporate L&D and OD initiatives such as succession planning, talent management, leadership development, cross BU rotation and promotion etc.- Facilitate the management team to bring best solutions for employees- Work closely with International Operations in regards to all staff-related mattersQualificationsRequirement- Age 38 - 45 years old - Bachelor’s degrees in Human Resources and Organization Development or related field- Over 10 years in Human Resources Development- Have experience of HRBP functions for the Construction, Developer, Real Estate, Manufacturing (construction materials) would be advantage.- Have experience in the large enterprise, good understanding about the organization with the large number of employees.- Good command in English communication skills - Good communication & presentation skills and good negotiation- Professional in MS Office, MS Outlook and Power Point - Good leadership skills, people management skills, Service-minded- Interpersonal relationship at all levels of company and HR best practicesEnglish LevelLevel 3 - Business LevelOther LanguageEnglishAdditional InformationBenefitBenefits:- Social Security- Annual Leave- Group Health Insurance- Provident Fund- Transportation Allowance- Fixed Bonus- Variable BonusWorking Hour8:00 ~ 18:00HolidaySaturday, Sunday Job FunctionHRBPOther (HR)TrainingEvaluationEmployee/ Labor RelationOrganization Development
