Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain the best talent.

Oversee employee performance management and development, ensuring high performance and productivity.

Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, and other perks.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Thai employment laws.

Experience requirements

Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Thai.

Proven experience in the construction machinery industry or a similar field.

Strong ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field with in-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
