We are seeking a dynamic Human Resource Manager, with strong HR generalist and stakeholder engagement skills to join our Bangkok office. The ideal candidate would build key relationships with our major stakeholders, take a wider interest in our business of sustainability as well as being creative with HR solutions. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to make an impact with a global sustainability leader in an exciting industry. The role will report into HR Director for South East Asia. Responsibilities:Collaborate with senior business leaders, HR Director and broader HR to establish HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.Develop and execute talent management plans to ensure that our best talent is placed in the right positions through targeted recruiting and on-going development.Work closely with managers to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity, WLB (work life-balance), and retention to maximize business efficiency.Facilitate and provide training to managers and colleagues as required (for e.g. induction and HR coaching).Drive personal development to maintain and improve knowledge and skills needed to perform at a high level.Manages or participates in regional and local HR projects.Manage everyday HR duties such as employees 'monthly payroll working with an outsourced vendor, visa application, benefits, etc.Be conversant with Thailand labor law and update policies as needed.Oversee the HR function in Thailand Requirements:Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources or Business related field.Passionate about their work within HR and (preferably) the environmental/ sustainability space as a whole.Familiar with Thailand labor laws.Effective verbal/written communication in English and ThaiMinimum 8 to 10+ years’ hands-on Human Resources experience as HR business partnerProficiency in HRIS in Workday.Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Able to work both in a team and independently to deliver results.Excellent stakeholder management and engagement track record with appreciable results.A positive and proactive mindset with which the incumbent can bring people together to work more effectively as a whole in a dynamic organization.Flexible, adaptable, can-do team player.Ensure compliances with internal policy and local employment legislation relevant to recruiting activities.
