HR Manager - One BangkokProperty & Asset ManagementWhat this role involves:Partnering with Corporate HR Team and One Bangkok TeamThis role will be responsible for partnering with HR Business Partner and Corporate HR team for supporting human resources function in a wide range of HR process at One Bangkok, including to provide support in the execution of the overall JLL people strategy through the following duties:• Ensure the smooth-running process of the human resources function at One Bangkok, work closely with HR business partner, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development team, One Bangkok leadership team and operation team • Support overall execution of employee life cycle and HR projects across Staffing, Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Relations, Training & Development, Engagement activities, and Offboarding process• Ensuring HR policies and procedures are communicated and adhere to within One Bangkok• Foster and handle employee relations matters onsite including employee issues, participation in company’s activities, and convey communication among management team, client team, HR team, operation team, in order to create a positive work environment and boost employee’s motivation• Driving employee engagement through programs, activities, and other initiatives to increase retention rate • Advocating JLL’s Culture and Values onsite (Ethics, Teamwork and Excellence)• Prepare and record employee registration files for new hires and internal transfer for One Bangkok• Work with Learning and Development and HR Business partner to analyze training needs for onsite team• Track and manage employee movement and absence records• Track and manage new hire orientation and onboarding program for new hires• Keep record of employee data, HR data analytics, and supporting on the requisition process• Being a key collaborator and point of contact for all HR queries from management and employees from/within One Bangkok  Location: On-site –Bangkok, THAIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
