Job Description Job Responsibilities・Being a consultant to executives/management in managing personnel in each department・To coordinate in all matters related to human resources such as recruitment, development, benefits and compensation. Modification, transfer, management structure work discipline control・Be a connection person and create mutual understanding between employees and the company.
