Our company is a new business under the PRTR Group, an HRIS Software with Payroll Outsourcing Services, under the management of PRTR, which has been providing services for HR Solutions for almost 30 years. With our long and well-rounded experiences, we fully understand customers' needs and expectations and ensure that our solutions can effectively drive customers into the HR business.Responsibilities Assisting the Sales team in part of the solution to reach targets and qualify potential customers.Complying with customers’ requirements with an appropriate solution and determining gaps.Coordinating with functional & technical teams to gain knowledge and skills. Working collaboratively with the Operations team to develop solutions in line with requirements and estimate man-day & timeline. Providing feedback from customers about product requirements & improvement. Delivering solution demonstrations and setting up trial systems for prospective and current customers.Keeping abreast of market trends and products, plus competitor landscapes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field.Minimum of 2 years of work experience in HR applications/software.Has experience relevant to HR products, or knows HR business processes in HRM - time management and payroll.Have skills in analysis, logical thinking, and problem-solving, good communication & training skills.Good at teamwork with a service mind.Can work as a team, must be able to work under pressure.Able to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
