Job Description  Coordinating Externally such as Social Insurance, Thai Labor Law, VISA and Work Permit Agency, The Revenue Department, etc. Able to do Quarterly and Yearly Report to Related Government Office such as Department ofSkill Development, Social Security etc. Organizing Training Sessions for New Hires and Refresher Training for Existing TeamMembers, Arrange Training and Record Training in Computer System Responsible for Recruitment, Hiring, Orientation Process. Prepare and Maintain EmployeeRecords, Including Payroll, Time Attendance, Benefits, and Compensation To Manage the Health, Safety and Welfare of all Employees Filing Documents Processing Various Administrative Tasks and Accurately Completing and ProcessingPaperwork Other Assignment Assigned by Superior ISO 9001 and ISO14000 Qualifications  Female or Male age between years old  Bachelor's Degree Major Human Resource, Legal or other related Working Experience in Human Resource field at least 5 years Good knowledge of Labour Protection Law and Labour Relation Law Able to make good relationship with government office and neighbor office Accountabilities and Responsibilities, Teamwork, Leadership skill, Service mind, Proactive,Fast learning, Fast move, Enthusiasm, Good human relationship and pleasant personality Flexibility and ability to coordinate multiple tasksComputer literacy with MS-Office : Excel, Word, PowerPoint, E-mail, and Tiger Soft Program Good communication and correspondence both Thai and English, Japanese is preferable TOEIC score 500 up Compensation & Benefits Salary : 40,000 - 45,000 Baht (Depend on Qualification and Experience) Workplace Location : Bangkadi Industrial Park, Patumthani ProvincePosition Available : 1 PositionProbation Period : 120 DaysWorking Day/Hours : Monday to Friday ( hrs)Able to start working : Urgent RequiredCompany Benefit : Transportation according to the specify routeHealth-Accident InsuranceProvident FundAnnual Health Check UpUniformYearly SeminarPay RaiseBonus (Depend on company profit)
