A Luxury Fashion Brand is hiring a HR Executive in Bangkok.

Job Summary

Provide HR support to the Thailand market and you will identify and deliver HR strategies to support business goal with the responsibility for all end-to-end employee life cycle and HR activities.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the Business Units in hiring quality candidates through developing and manage talent acquisition strategies based on business needs
• Keep abreast of market trends, proactively share market information, and make recommendations on improving talent acquisition strategy and HR-related handling
• Draft the recruitment advertisement and use appropriate recruitment channels to attract talent and build talent pipelines for emerging business needs
• Perform regular store visit to forge a closer people-centric working relationship, handle all employees relations, keeping track of actions plan to minimize the risk of employee turnover
• Manage a one-stop employee life cycle effectively including but not limited to recruitment & selection, offer management, on & off boarding, staff engagement, performance management and etc
• Handles HR-related operational tasks and ensure the tasks are comply with legal requirement
• Prepare HR-related letters, reports, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality of employee records, and generate relevant reports for management review
• All other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years experience in luxury retail, preferably in luxury/retail or with a multinational company
• In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and regulations in Thailand, including commission and incentive consolidation
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and trends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Experience with word, excel and powerpoint at basic level
• Good command of spoken and written English and Thai
