Job Description HRD Manager ( Manufacturing ) (40K–70K) (SDG-105149)ผู้จัดการฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล (ฝ่ายผลิต) - Control and Manage Training to develop employees in order to achieve policy, target, and time frame.- Control and Manage recruitment to achieve policy, target, and time frame.- Set the section's policy, budget, and manpower. Assign, distribute, and manage to achieve policy.- Manage annual employee promotion and evaluations.- Manage annual salary increments, salary surveys and improve salary structure to fit with current market and propose to higher management level.- Manage to support Japanese management so that they can work smoothly and achieve their targets.- Response to Manage in/outside section to retain and develop subordinates and other concerns to increase knowledge, skill, and ability.- Support subordinates to solve problems, to make the dicision and work process reduction.- Response to other assignments.- Participate in company's meetings, training and activities. <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>- ควบคุมและบริหารจัดการการฝึกอบรมเพื่อพัฒนาพนักงานให้บรรลุตามนโยบาย เป้าหมาย และกรอบเวลา- ควบคุมและบริหารจัดการการสรรหาบุคลากรให้บรรลุตามนโยบาย เป้าหมาย และกรอบเวลา- กำหนดนโยบาย งบประมาณ และกำลังคนของส่วนงาน มอบหมาย แจกจ่าย และจัดการเพื่อให้บรรลุนโยบาย- จัดการการเลื่อนตำแหน่งและการประเมินผลพนักงานประจำปี- บริหารจัดการการขึ้นเงินเดือนประจำปี สำรวจเงินเดือน และปรับปรุงโครงสร้างเงินเดือนให้เหมาะสมกับตลาดปัจจุบัน และเสนอต่อระดับผู้บริหารที่สูงขึ้น- บริหารจัดการเพื่อสนับสนุนผู้บริหารชาวญี่ปุ่นเพื่อให้สามารถทำงานได้อย่างราบรื่นและบรรลุเป้าหมาย- ตอบสนองต่อการจัดการในส่วนภายใน/ภายนอก เพื่อรักษาและพัฒนาผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาและข้อกังวลอื่น ๆ เพื่อเพิ่มพูนความรู้ ทักษะ และความสามารถ- สนับสนุนลูกน้องในการแก้ไขปัญหาเพื่อลดการตัดสินใจและลดขั้นตอนการทำงาน- ตอบรับงานอื่นๆ- เข้าร่วมการประชุม ฝึกอบรม และกิจกรรมต่างๆ ของบริษัท Job Requirement - Thai nationality , Female , age 35 - 45 years old- Bachelor's degree- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related fields. - 5 - 9 years of experience in HR functions in Large size company- 5 years at the Manager level in the manufacturing industry in a Japanese company. - Excellent human relationship skills with a team spirit and customer service mind.- Experience on ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 would Be preferable.- Good communication in English.- Proficient in SAP, and MS office (PowerPoint and Excel) and familiar with IT systems.
