Job Description Job Responsibilities- Manage and supervise on Employee Relations, Recruitment function be accuracy.- Support ISO System such as IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001 and develop team members including working environment & HR practice.- Support team regarding to employee relations with problem solving & Communication.- Summarize, generate and analyze all reports for employee relations, recruitment related.- Initiate and implement action plan to be achieved as specific target and able to lead work with team for new assignment .- Support and develop knowledge & skills of team member.- Summary all monthly report and submit to related departmentOther work as assigned. ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่- บริหารจัดการและกำกับดูแลพนักงานสัมพันธ์ หน้าที่การสรรหาบุคลากรให้ถูกต้องแม่นยำ- รองรับระบบ ISO เช่น IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001 และพัฒนาสมาชิกในทีม รวมถึงสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงาน & การปฏิบัติงานด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล- ทีมงานสนับสนุนเกี่ยวกับความสัมพันธ์ของพนักงานในการแก้ปัญหาและการสื่อสาร- สรุป สร้าง และวิเคราะห์รายงานทั้งหมดเกี่ยวกับความสัมพันธ์ของพนักงาน การสรรหาบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้อง- ริเริ่มและดำเนินการตามแผนปฏิบัติการเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายเฉพาะและสามารถเป็นผู้นำการทำงานร่วมกับทีมเพื่อรับมอบหมายงานใหม่ได้- สนับสนุนและพัฒนาความรู้และทักษะของสมาชิกในทีม- สรุปรายงานประจำเดือนทั้งหมดและส่งไปยังแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย.
