Job Description Duties & Responsibilities: • Manage the tasks and staff involved in freight forwarding.• Engage in sales activities to acquire and care for new customers.• Oversee purchasing of packing materials related to warehouse operation (90% is Import & export with 1 big company, 10% is sales and purchasing, warehouse operations) • Coordinate with existing client’s daily operation and sometimes visit to new clients• Report to Japanese manager in English • Other works by assign by management หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:• บริหารจัดการงานและพนักงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขนส่งสินค้า• ดำเนินกิจกรรมการขายเพื่อหาและดูแลลูกค้าใหม่• ดูแลการจัดซื้อวัสดุบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินงานคลังสินค้า (90% เป็นการนำเข้าและส่งออกกับบริษัทใหญ่ 1 แห่ง, 10% คือการขายและการจัดซื้อ, การดำเนินงานคลังสินค้า)• ประสานงานกับการปฏิบัติงานประจำวันของลูกค้าปัจจุบัน และไปเยี่ยมลูกค้าใหม่บางครั้ง• รายงานต่อผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่นเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหาร Job Requirement Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 35-48 years• Any gender• Bachelor’s Degree• At least 3years experience of import & export (Forwarding and shipping) in Distribution or General trading company• Conversational middle to high level of English • At least 1years experience of Assistant Manager level (Have subordinate) • Can commute by yourself• Strong experience for handle existing clients to big company is preferable.• Having understanding for Thai market, including relationships with local vendors is preferable.• Not job hopper is preferable.
