Position: Reporting to the Assistant Marketing Manager, this position supports the PR & Communications functions of FENDI Thailand. Profile: Press Rack Coordination Managing of press sample loans schedule for Singapore and SEA Liaising with stylists and editors on samples loaning for maximum publicityPacking and unpacking of samples loans for pickups and managing deliveriesPreparation and filing of shipping documents for overseas and local loans Press Showroom Management Managing press samples inventoryDisplaying available press samples in accordance with visual merchandising guidelinesEnsuring that the press showroom is always immaculately presented Attending to Press Enquiries Efficiently share and provide accurate information on various press enquires we get daily pertaining to our products and collections. Press Gifting Managing press gifts inventoryEnsuring that press gifts are presented in accordance to guidelinesCoordinate logistics relating to press gifts delivery General Administration Filing of documentsTracking reception of all magazines, samples, gifts, look books etc.Verification of invoices for local and international courier services every month with supporting documentation to finance team Advertising Sending of monthly magazines with FENDI advertisements to HQFollow up of various monthly reports (both print & digital) with media agency for timely submissions to regional office.Compile post-buy reports of campaigns for digital and OOH platforms from month to month Miscellaneous Assist in coordination of all event logistics and preparationAssist with event management during events Additional information: Requirements Ideally, 2-3 year of marketing experience in the fashion retail industryGood time management skillsGood communication skillsMeticulous to detailsGood willingness to be hands-on
