Key responsibilities:
· Design and implement comprehensive marketing and service plans, ensuring robust execution and follow-up to maximize effectiveness.
· Conduct in-depth analyses of market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
· Spearheaded the development of new services, secured compelling partnerships, and devised creative promotional initiatives to boost brand awareness and service utilization.
· Create and refine marketing tools and materials to enhance campaign effectiveness.
· Continually update and maintain a detailed customer database for the brand.
· Manage sales reporting and support relevant operational activities.
· Coordinate with influencers and press for marketing events and PR activities, including new store openings.
· Develop engaging social media content to strengthen brand presence and monitor performance metrics to optimize strategies.
· Engage with existing customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
Requirements
· Thai nationality, aged 28 or older.
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Branding, or a related field.
· Proven experience in Trading, Retail, FMCG, Cosmetics, or the Beauty industry is preferred.
· A visionary in marketing with a proactive approach to planning and foresight.
· Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
· A strong interest and background in cosmetic or beauty trends.
· Excellent command of English, with stellar presentation and communication skills.
· Passionate about growth and personal development.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), various social media platforms, and CRM software.
