With a strong backing and after finalising our Series B1 in June 2022, we are ready to build the market winner in the region.What you'll do:Develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and drive footfall to Flash Coffee TH stores.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement l marketing strategies across various channels, including offline channel and delivery platforms Create compelling content for marketing collateral, including website, social media platforms and promotional materials.Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using data analytics tools, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and potential risks.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, product development, and design, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns and events.Track and report on marketing budget allocation, expenses, and ROI. Who you are: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven work experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.Proficiency in data analytics to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
