It's fun to work in a company where people truly believe in what they are doing!This role is responsible for leading development and implementation of the Marketing Strategy for the Food Safety business in Thailand. This role works closely with cross functional teams. Stakeholders include, Product Management, Sales, Regulatory and the broader Marketing Team both globally & regionally.The role would suit a strong Marketer with an aligned scientific qualification and/or the equivalent in relevant industry experience. You will be commercially astute, possess leadership ability, creative with an eagerness to learn and grow. This position is based in Bangkok, Thailand and can be full time office based or a combination of in office and remote working.Lead the Food Safety marketing, fostering an innovative and collaborative culture that is focused on delivering impact and growth.Create and implement aligned strategic marketing plans for Food Safety integrating Digital to deliver on brand objectives and drive business growth.Collaborate with the broader global Marketing team. Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Business Development and Regulatory. Ensure all initiatives fully aligned, stakeholder views are represented and marketing is effectively contributing to delivery of business objectives.Develop relationships and collaborate with relevant counterparts and colleagues across NEOGEN’s global sites ensuring a coordinated approach and sharing best practice.Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, practices, and competitor knowledge, know your target customers and markets. Develop your knowledge of products and services, their features and benefits and relationships to their environment to ensure positioning and value propositions are reflected in marketing output.Develop and execute effective insight driven marketing campaigns, product launches and initiatives, for promoted brands for effective reach to key target markets and customers through appropriate channels, considering cultural variances and needs.Assist in carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning, awareness, and insights.Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring value for money. Measure as much as possible to ensure ROI. Understand the P&L and actively manage all marketing costs that impact the P&L.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The ability to translate complex scientific information into clear, easy to communicate stories and messages.Excellent organization and project management skills.
