Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for market research on car loan related business in Thailand, analyzing market trends, competitive situation and customer needs, and formulating User growth strategy and execution; 2. Plan and execute marketing campaigns through social media such as Tiktok, Facebook and other online channels Promote and enhance brand awareness and market share; 3. Build and maintain a user growth system, including the design and implementation of mechanisms for user acquisition, activation, retention, and recall; 4. Formulate marketing strategies, including pricing strategies, channel strategies, promotion strategies, etc., to ensure the achievement of business goals; 5. Work closely with the sales team to assist in the development of sales strategies, provide market information and customer feedback, and promote the sales industry performance improvement; 6. Establish and maintain relationships with partners, including but not limited to auto dealers, financial institutions, etc., and jointly promote them business development; 7. Monitor and analyze market data, regularly report market dynamics and business progress to superiors, and provide strong support for decision-making. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree or above in finance, marketing, economics and other related majors, with more than 5 years of marketing or related Work experience in the field; 2. Have an in-depth understanding of the Thai car loan market, and be familiar with the local market environment, regulations and industry trends; 3.
