Job Description

Marketing Product Engineer (30K–50K) (SDG-107171)วิศวกรผลิตภัณฑ์การตลาด • Training Empowerment:- Introduce products and SMB solutions to customers and salespeople, covering product highlights, application scenarios, and operation demonstrations;• Pre-sales Technical Support:- Understand customer needs, answer questions about products and SMB solutions, and collaborate with salespeople to expedite order creation;• Competitor and Market Information Collection:- Communicate directly with customers through online channels or other means. Work with salespeople to visit customers and gather, organize, and analyze market, competitor, industry, and customer information;• New Product Testing and Localization of Promotional Materials:- Complete new product test reports on time according to the company’s testing procedures. This includes creating materials such as pictures, written content, and presentation videos in collaboration with the Marketing team;• Channel Product Structure and Customer Analysis:- Work with the Product Manager to analyze key customers' product structures and business information at different levels. Job Requirement
