Job Location: Songkhla Plant
Report to: Maintenance Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supervision maintenance team and contractor.
- Responsible for all Maintenance KPI and activities, follow up to maintain and solve problem.
- Carry out routine scheduled maintenance work and respond to equipment faults.
- Ensure there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.
- Plan and organize maintenance team, service vendors and contractors for overhaul, repair, maintenance, trouble shooting and fault analysis of plant equipment. Ensure high availability and reliability.
- Lead maintenance team to perform preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
- Supervise maintenance technicians, provide day to day operational supports and maintenance service to the production and common facilities.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendation to resolve issue which may arise from vibration, oil, and other analysis as part of predictive maintenance.
- Improve and maintain condition of the plant and overall inspection as scheduled.
- Improve and implement adequate preventive maintenance system and predictive maintenance to prevent process or equipment non-conformance.
- Prepare and perform the annual shutdown as scheduled.
- Cooperate with production division both machine problems and improvements.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledge of pneumatic & hydraulic, facilities and utilities.
- Knowledge of maintenance methods and industrial equipment.
- Knowledge of the assigned working field such as condition monitoring, maintenance strategy and maintenance work process.
- Computer skills; proficiency in MS Office.
- Good command of English.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Conceptual and problem-solving skills with attention to details.
- High responsibility and be able to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, and/or ISO 14001 requirements is advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in engineering.
