Our client is a top international hospital in Thailand, also listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.Job Description Gathering maintenance requirement and developing a requirement verification system to ensure the scope of works are entirely addressed.Establishing the complete scope of works and documentation for outsourced maintenance bidding.Verifying/clarifying proposals from bidders to ensure the scope of works are correct and comparable.Establishing and maintaining a List of Service Agreements and Purchase Orders, and ensuring information is always accurate and up-to-date.Executing maintenance service contracts and purchase orders and Providing maintenance information upon request or assignment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.Effective communication in English and Thai Project Management, Problem Solving, and Negotiation skills.10 years of work experience and 5 years in Management.Prefer: Hospital, Building, and Hotel experience.
