Job Description: Our client is a Leader of the production and operation in the oiland gas, they are looking for a contractor 3 years in “Engine Room Helper”,working as a rotation: in the Gulf of Thailand. Job Responsibilities: Work in coordination with Technician, Mechanical/Electricaland Instrument for machinery maintenance.Work as watchkeeping duty for 12 hours/ day to monitormachinery performance and complete log sheet.Assist Deck team on night patrolling for D2FSO safety andsecurity and IG pressure tanks bleed off.Assist Deck team on lifting operation during the night.Keep engine room, workshop and spare part room cleanlinessand tidiness at all times.Assist in fuel oil bunkering and transferring to supplyboat.Comply with and promote the Company’s SSHE policy, rules,and regulations to all work under responsibility.Be a member of firefighting team, oil spill clean-up teamand lifeboat evacuation team.Be a rescue team member when perform rescue in confine spacein engine room area. Qualifications: Thai national only.Technical Vocation or equivalent Certificate.Possess STCW 2010 Certificate of Proficiency Rating Formingpart of Engine Watch. Hold Certificate of Endorsement “valid for service in OilTankers” is preferable.Attended all compulsory courses needed by STCW 2010convention.Minimum 1 year of experience as Engine Rating on Marinevessels.Experiences in oil tanker or offshore field is an advantage.Fair command of both spoken and written English. Certificate Requirements: Valid Certificate of Tropical Basic Offshore SafetyInduction & Emergency Training or Basic Offshore Safety Induction & EmergencyTraining (BOSIET) or Tropical Further Offshore Emergency Training (TFOET) or FurtherOffshore Emergency Training (FOET).Valid medical reports with fit-to-work results.The above-mentioned certificates on minimum requirementssection.Basic Fire Fighting Training.Basic First Aid Training.Rigging Slinging & Lifting Training2Confined Space Entry & Breathing.Apparatus Training.Boiler & Pressure Vessel Operations Safety.
