What Will You Do Manage and optimize campaigns on multiple online marketing channels including social media, Google AdWords, LINE@, and ad-networks. Manage and optimize marketing tools on Lazada or Shopee. Ensure that budgets and targets such as CIR and CPO are met according to plan. Prepare reports and provide necessary insights to internal and external teams. Conduct A/B testing and lead new initiatives to improve campaign performance. Participate and/or lead in ad-hoc projects across marketing functions. What Are The Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering or related to statistics is a plus but not required. Proven 2-3 years of experience in relevant fields (performance marketing, search/SEO, social media marketing). Extremely data-focused, advanced Excel skills (Macro, VBA is a plus) and strong data visualization skills. Able to plan, buy ads and optimize ads. Experience in managing and handling teams of at least 2-3 staff. History of demonstrating results via data-driven marketing campaigns Strong understanding of the media landscape.
