Our client is a leading & well-known FMCG manufacturing company in Thailand, providing a wide range of categories of dairy products for both own brands and licensed brands. The company is now looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Manager - Human Capital.Job Purpose Organizational Management Setting up HC objectives, strategies, and plans to be in line with factory directions and plans; cascade down into individual objectives & KPIs.Training, developing and coaching the HC team to ensure their objective achievements.Reviewing factory structure, i.e. functional & Key roles, with HOD quarterly to ensure the right manning to cope with business growth.Handling monthly review of HC work process to be in line with factory/corporate needs i.e. recruitment. Implementation of Personnel Policy Ensuring an alignment/consistency of HC policies/procedures with corporate HC.Monitoring conditions of employment and disciplinary codes. Manpower Resourcing/Salary Cost Control and Recruitment Working and agreeing with line managers on department structure and manning relating to the company's success/target. Monitor and review quarterly.Working with line manager to prepare position profiles for factory and review by Factory Mgr./Head of Human Capital and to share info with HOD in the factory.Preparing HC budget. Monitor and control all HC functions monthly.Handling monthly reviews and analyzing HC reports and summaries to all HOD for outstanding issues to be improved. (Reports: Manpower, Recruitment, OT, Absenteeism, Training courses, Attrition rate & Exit Interview, Office administration expenses).Setting up a recruitment strategy and plan (Including outsourcing management), and implementing and evaluating tools result to recruit high-caliber staff and meet business requirements. Training & Development / Performance Management Identifying individual training & development needs with line managers.Preparing training & development budget and plan to serve factory training need to ensure staff has adequate training to fulfill their job. Monitor course conducted and evaluate results from staff performance.Monitoring an appropriate system of performance assessment relating to staff work objectives & KPIs. Identifying career development and future training needs.Coordinating, advising, monitor with Line Managers of a succession plan for the key position(s)/high potential(s) and a performance improvement plan for the low performer. Personnel Administration / Payroll / Compensation Monitoring and controlling all staffing-related costs i.e. benefits and welfare.Ensuring payroll administration is accurate and timely. Monitor audit procedures.Advising basis salary to comply with the company salary structure to ensure uniformity across all areas and competitiveness in the marketplace. Communications / Employee Relations Activities Developing and implementing ER Activities to support "Organization Culture" as defined by the top management on cross-functional teamwork.Building and maintaining relationships with government officials and the community through various activities (i.e. activities sponsors and participation, local manpower recruitment, etc.) to keep long-term business sustainability.Promoting hygiene, 5S, Suggestion system, Small group activities Safety& Environment concepts and implementation. HR Consultation Acting as a consultant to all levels for HC issues matters: Manpower forecast, restructuring, Conflict management, and people management. General Affairs Participating in the bidding process of third-party service providers.Periodically monitoring and evaluate the performance of third-party services (e.g. Canteen, Security, Medical services, Janitor, Laundry, Uniform, Transportation, Gardener, etc.) and forward to Purchasing Department.Organizing the welfare committee elected membership and submitting the election result to the Provincial labor department or related departments.Conducting the quarterly welfare committee meeting and feedback on the issues and improvement plan to a third party (e.g. Canteen, Security, Medical services, Janitor, Laundry, Uniform, Transportation, Gardener, etc.).Accommodating factory visitors. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in labor relations, business management, or human resources is required.Candidates with a Master’s degree in human resource management, industrial/labor relations, or MBA would be given preference.10-15 years of experience in HR, with at least 5-8 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; not afraid to speak up when required.Meticulous attention to detail, quality, and follow-through; strong interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office suite of software.Digital literacy with basic HRIS. Familiarity with HR software.Sound knowledge and understanding of safety regulations and policies.Ability to multitask simultaneously.Good leadership skills. Hands-on with leadership by example.Outstanding managerial skills.Good decision-making skills and logical thinking abilities.
