Job description Mission Descriptions : Ensure successful delivery of IT projects within the insurance industryWork closely with cross-functional teams to complete projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholdersEnsure project management methodologies and best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycleLead and motivate teams to achieve project goalsIdentify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle Profile Requirements : 3+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in the insurance industryStrong knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and WaterfallExperience in managing large-scale IT projects with cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholdersStrong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead teams to achieve project goalsExperience in risk management and mitigationAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFluent in both Thai and English.
