Job Description

- Achieve growth and lead sales teams to reach sales targets.
- Developing, motivating, and training team members to drive sales.
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan; land and expand the company's customer base.
- Managing recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Present monthly sales, revenue, and expenses reports based on realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Contact, update, and communicate with international suppliers in terms of new product updates and issues.

Requirement

- Not over 48 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business management or a related field.
- Experience in sales strategy, sales target, and sales team management for at least 5 years.
- Good command of business English communication and public speaking.
- Have multitasking skills and priority skills.
- Experience in project sales presentation and negotiation.
- Excellence in MS Office and document control.
