The Project Trade Marketing Manager reports to Head of Trade Marketing for Thailand and is based in Spring Tower-Ratchathewi, Bangkok.This role primarily exists to drive the deliverable sales performance and program implementation and drive the right execution of implemented program/ activities according to company guideline by build the better alignment and communication with both internal team and customer.Provide Trade Marketing Planning and Budget Management.Initiate trade program to drive volume growth under project channel.Activate activities and program implementation such event, training, trade loyalty program within given timeline.Deliver excellent execution with company’s alignment and guideline.Align and support sales team for budget achievement.Evaluate both pre and post implemented program/ activities as needed.Supporting Sales Team with customer communication for program implementation to strengthen the relationship and business growth.Develop proposal, contract, action plan, training and all activities needed to drive project growth.QualificationsAt least Bachelor’s or master’s degree in MBA, marketing or related field.Background in construction is preferred.Strong communication skills and excellent time management & organization.Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.Good command English and computer literacy.Personal own car and a valid driving license.Able to work up – country as upon request.At NS BlueScope our success comes from our people.
