Job Description 1. Serve all segment customer in payment, customer care & solution in order to AWT/AHT.2. Analyze customer profile/customer insight/lifestyle/usage pattern and serve/record of activity base on Total Service Solution to increase CE11, SQ, CSI & NPS. 3. Acquire new postpaid sub., NMP, convert pre2post, sell VAS/Digital Content, Devices and AIS Fibre by consultancy, and cross&up sell other strategic corporate’s product & service to achieve target. 4. Churn protection by customer's negotiation to still in our company, and MNP by customer's influencing to port in our company.5. Self competency development in product&service knowledge for passing competency test&serving customer like a professional. 6.
