Job Description Duties & Responsibilities: • Interpret among Japanese and production line employees mainly in the office• Interpret during an internal meeting or while meeting with clients (TH to JP, EN to JP) for Japanese crews• Be responsible for interpreting and supporting Japanese MD• Interpret at all departments when management needs• Visit clients with Japanese crews to interpret at the meeting (By company car with driver) *some time this position needs to go clients office by themself by a company car.• Support sales related tasks such as making quotations, and some documents• Contact existing clients to coordinate the sales process such as confirmation of specifications and delivery date • Translate the documents from TH-JP, JP-TH• Other tasks assigned by MD หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:• ล่ามภาษาญี่ปุ่นและพนักงานในสายการผลิตเป็นหลักในสำนักงาน• ล่ามในระหว่างการประชุมภายในหรือในขณะที่พบปะกับลูกค้า (ภาษาไทยเป็นภาษาญี่ปุ่น, ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาญี่ปุ่น) สำหรับทีมงานชาวญี่ปุ่น• รับผิดชอบในการแปลและสนับสนุน MD ชาวญี่ปุ่น• ล่ามในทุกแผนกเมื่อฝ่ายบริหารต้องการ• เยี่ยมลูกค้าพร้อมทีมงานชาวญี่ปุ่นเพื่อล่ามในที่ประชุม (โดยมีรถบริษัทพร้อมคนขับให้) *บางครั้งตำแหน่งนี้ต้องเดินทางไปสำนักงานลูกค้าเองโดยรถยนต์ของบริษัท• สนับสนุนงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขาย เช่น การทำใบเสนอราคา และเอกสารอื่นๆ • ติดต่อลูกค้าปัจจุบันเพื่อประสานงานกระบวนการขาย เช่น การยืนยันข้อกำหนดและวันที่ส่งมอบ• แปลเอกสารจาก ภาษาไทยเป็นภาษาญี่ปุ่น และภาษาญี่ปุ่นเป็นภาษาไทย• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก MD Job Requirement Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 22-45 years• Any gender• Bachelor's degree in any related field• Business level of Japanese• Conversational middle to high-level of English• At least 1 year of working experience in Japanese speaking position in a manufacturing company• PC skill (Word, Excel)• Willing to do supportive tasks• Not job hopper • Need Japanese resume • Having experience as QC is preferable.• Living and commuting from Rayong is preferable.
