Responsibilities หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

หาลูกค้าธุรกิจ (Telesale) และสอนการใช้งานในช่วงแรก 

ให้ข้อมูลและแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับลูกค้าธุรกิจ

รับเรื่องจากฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า (Customer Services) และติดต่อกลับลูกค้า เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะด้าน

ประสานงานฝ่ายต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องภายในบริษัท

ทำรีพอร์ตเพื่อสรุปข้อมูลปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในแต่สัปดาห์ และนำมาวิเคราะห์ พร้อมกับหาแนวทางการแก้ไข
