Who We Are Looking For Our Shipper Thailand (Aloshop - Enablement Services team) is expanding!  Join our team as a Sales Coordinator, where you'll take charge of managing outbound orders across top online marketplaces/social commerce platforms. From monitoring stock levels to liaising with internal and external teams, your role ensures seamless sales support operations. Prepare insightful monthly reports on stock and sales performance, contributing directly to strategic decision-making. If you're detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. What Will You Do Seamlessly oversee outbound orders on designated accounts across leading online marketplaces and social commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok Shop. Proactively manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal alignment with sales objectives through strategic stock purchases. Navigate essential documentation such as Purchase Orders and Tax Invoices with precision and efficiency. Foster seamless communication between internal and external teams, ensuring smooth coordination for inbound and outbound operations. Generate comprehensive monthly compensation reports, showcasing the impact of your efforts on the organization's success. What Are The Requirements Bachelor's degree in any field is welcome to apply. Prior 1-2 years of e-commerce operations experience and/or sales support is highly preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Presentations) Proficient in Microsoft Excel with basic formulas such as VLOOKUP, PIVOT, etc. Good time-management and organizational skills.
