About the Company
Our client is an authorized dealer and service center of materials handling, heavy machinery and parts. They have been operated business in Thailand and Southeast Asia for more than 30 years. Currently, they are looking for an Accounting Manager who has experience in international business as the company is expanding their business to more potential countries.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with sales team members and customers. Provide training and coaching to sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service. Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new leads and close deals. Research and analyze competitors to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the market. Support sales promotions and initiatives in the assigned region. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing access to after-sales support.
Experience requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, engineering, or a related field. Over 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success. Experience in selling or renting new and used heavy machinery. Experience in pricing and estimating repairs for machinery. Excellent English communication skills.
