<p style="margin-bottom:11px">Job Responsibilities: </p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px">1. Responsible for the overall sales strategy planning and execution of online car loan related business in Thailand to ensure the achievement of sales targets; </p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px">2. Build and manage the sales team, including recruitment, training, motivation and performance evaluation, and improve the overall sales ability of the team; </p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px">3. In-depth analysis of market trends and customer needs, formulate targeted sales strategies and product plans, and promote the rapid growth of sales performance; </p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px">4. Establish and maintain good business relationships with partners, and jointly develop market and customer resources; </p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px">5. Monitor sales data and performance indicators, regularly report sales progress and performance to superiors, and provide data support for decision-making; </p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px">6. Pay attention to market dynamics and competitors' sales strategies, and adjust and optimize the company's sales strategies in a timely manner. </p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px">Qualifications: </p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px">1. Bachelor's degree or above in finance, marketing, management and other related majors, with more than 5 years of management experience in product sales or related fields of car loan business; </p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px">2. Have an in-depth understanding of the Thai car loan market, be familiar with the sales process and strategy, and have certain industry resources and connections; </p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px">3. Excellent sales skills and negotiation skills, able to establish good relationships with customers and partners; </p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px">4. Excellent team management and leadership skills, able to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of team members; </p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px">5. Keen market insight and analytical skills, able to accurately grasp market trends and customer needs;</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px"> 6. Proficient in English for work communication, good cross-cultural communication skills, and Chinese is a plus;</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px"> 7. Thai locals or those who have lived in the local area for a long time and have an in-depth understanding of the local culture and market environment are preferred</p>
