In the Terminal & Infrastructure segment, Hapag-Lloyd has stakes in 20 terminals in Europe, Latin America, the United States, India, and North Africa. The roughly 2,600 employees assigned to the Terminal & Infrastructure segment handle terminal-related activities and provide complementary logistics services at selected locations. Main Objectives Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals, including meeting budget volume targets and exceeding other assigned objectives. Provide leadership and coaching to the sales execution to maximize performance. Function and duties •    Coach sales execution and or sales co-ordination •    Evaluate customer potential, build up and update pipeline opportunity •    Conduct Sales Planning     •    Develop customer portfolio by securing new accounts and removing underperforming •    Ensure regular updates of all activities in Salesforce     •    Review customer performance with Sales Director and define appropriate actions •    Prepare and conduct visits, report and follow-up on visits  •    Conclude contracts for customers (proposal, negotiation, closing) •    Record commitments (tender tracking/commercial)     •    Drive business and adhere to Push-Pull process     •    Communicate with Trade Management where relevant (e.g., tender guidance, special commodity, market rates, etc.) •    Provide feedback on the market including rates, competition activities, market conditions etc to all relevant stakeholders •    Give clear info to Sales Coordination regarding pricing requirements to enable future communications with Trade Management •    Provide clear info to Sales Coordination regarding handover to Customer Service Qualifications and Technical Job Requirements •    At least 5 years of experience in maritime industry •    Experience in Sales and/or Customer Service functions •    Advanced negotiation, decision-making and presentation skills, self-confident and friendly when dealing with others  •    Demonstrated strong listening, verbal and written communication skills  •    Self-starter, self-motivated, resourceful and responsive  •    Ability to be multi-task, set priorities, organize work and implement action items •    Ability to work effectively in a team environment and good interpersonal skills •    Comprehensive knowledge of user application systems (CRM, COMPASS, MS Office) •    Thai Native Speaker / Fluent in English   Success Criteria for Position •    Sales and Account Management experience. •    Experience using sales tracking or customer relationship management. •    Prospecting and lead generation and nurturing experience. •    Sales planning and organization skills. •    Coaching skills  Contact person Khoweian Khanuengnang Apply online Check out our jobs list Share this job Imprint | Privacy Policy Powered by softgarden
