Job Description

Sales Freight Forwarder (34K–49K) (SDG-106933)พนักงานขายขนส่งสินค้า - Mainly seeking for new potential client (domestic clients), taking care of existing client 30%- Cooperate with Oversea agents and clients by email or telephone.- Visited existing customers and new potential customers (own car, own drive)- Issue quotation as customer requested including a response to Oversea inquiries.- Follow-up shipment and Coordinate with internal with Other section concerning until job complete.- Monitoring and following up on new inquiries of new customers even coordinating with sales support and operation.• Assist job and support job assignment of the commander.• Received complaints and solve the problem or presented a solution as a customer satisfied.• Report sales activities to monitor profit even check customers active every month.• Other assignments by the company and management level. • Develop, Build, Grow and Maintain a solid client relationship.• Search for contracts and potential clients, and expand new customer base.• Ensure close relationships with customers in order to achieve/exceed sales targets.• Update and customized the sales.• Prepare and present commercial proposals to the market in line.• Ensure all internal reporting accuracy and in the timeline.• Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned by superior. <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - แสวงหาลูกค้าใหม่เป็นหลัก (ลูกค้าในประเทศ) ดูแลลูกค้าปัจจุบัน 30%- ร่วมมือกับตัวแทนและลูกค้าต่างประเทศทางอีเมลหรือโทรศัพท์- เข้าพบลูกค้าเดิมและผู้มีโอกาสเป็นลูกค้าใหม่ (รถยนต์ส่วนตัว)- ออกใบเสนอราคาตามที่ลูกค้าร้องขอ รวมถึงการตอบข้อซักถามจากต่างประเทศ- ติดตามการจัดส่งและประสานงานภายในกับส่วนอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องจนกว่างานจะเสร็จสิ้น- ติดตามข้อซักถามใหม่ของลูกค้าใหม่ แม้กระทั่งประสานงานกับฝ่ายสนับสนุนการขายและการดำเนินงาน• ช่วยเหลืองานและสนับสนุนการมอบหมายงานของหัวหน้า• รับข้อร้องเรียนและแก้ไขปัญหาหรือนำเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขตามที่ลูกค้าพอใจ• รายงานกิจกรรมการขายเพื่อติดตามผลกำไร แม้กระทั่งตรวจสอบลูกค้าที่ใช้งานทุกเดือน• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากบริษัทและระดับผู้บริหาร• พัฒนา สร้าง เติบโตและรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้า• ค้นหาสัญญาและผู้มีโอกาสเป็นลูกค้า และขยายฐานลูกค้าใหม่• สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ใกล้ชิดกับลูกค้าเพื่อให้บรรลุ/เกินเป้าหมายการขาย• อัปเดตและปรับแต่งการขาย• จัดเตรียมและนำเสนอข้อเสนอเชิงพาณิชย์ต่อตลาดตามลำดับ• ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของการรายงานภายในทั้งหมดและในไทม์ไลน์• จัดการงานและโครงการเพิ่มเติมตามที่หัวหน้ามอบหมาย

Job Requirement

- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 42 years old- Bachelor's degree- At least 2-3 years as Sales (Freight forwarder or Logistic, any of Air Sea or Land)- Good command in English (Communicate with clients and Oversea agents etc.)- Having personal car with driving license- Proficiency in computer skills (MS word, Excel & Power Point)- Able to work independently and also a good team player with operations.- Services mind, productive and enthusiastic- Proven network with targeted customers.- Pro-active, negotiating, and problem-solving skills.
