Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:Responsible for achievement of the sales quotaDevelop new distribution channel for Enclosures across Thailand market and penetrate with existing channelPenetrate into nVent defined global accounts across different business lines and geographies, developing relationships with different and complex stakeholder matrixIdentify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and networking within the OEM, end user and consultant communitiesIntensively travel across the countryMonitor sales metrics, analyze performance, and proactively identify areas for improvementFormally provide input on pricing, delivery and other sales influencing factorsProvide monthly sales reports, RACE implementation and conduct weekly pipeline reviewsStay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs to drive sales growth and stay ahead of the competitionDevelop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.Provide reporting, forecasting for business planning purposesProvide extensive product and solutions training for customers and distributorsRespond to customer issues and provides follow-up to assure resolutionUnderstand current market relationships and partnerships with customers and distributorsMay be required to perform additional duties as assignedYou have:5+ years in an outside sales role in industrial automation market along extensive experience selling through multiple types of customers, including distributors, machine builders, panel builders and global accountsEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, business, marketing, or related field5+ years in an outside sales role in industrial automation market along extensive experience selling through multiple types of customers, including distributors, machine builders, panel builders, OEM and global accountsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:Knowledge and experience using sales force or similar effectiveness tools and approaches (i.e. customer segmentation, territory management, technology tools such as CRM and mobile technologies, sales force time management)Strong knowledge of the sales process, including lead generation, needs assessment, negotiation, and closingProven skills to cultivate long-term, sustainable, value-based relationships with core accounts that elevates revenue opportunities and  brand equityDemonstrated ability to negotiate by collaborating with others to arrive at a conclusion using compromise, persuasion, and influence, rationale and diplomacy both internally and externally in a selling environmentDemonstrated ability to develop and leverage partnerships to drive the strategic planAbility to adapt to rapidly changing business circumstance and have the ability to thrive in a constantly changing business environmentWillingness to travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and engage in entertaining activities with customersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with a diverse range of stakeholdersExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectivelySkills to develop and deliver effective presentations and proposalsAbility to manage all aspects of an account with a positive, “can do” attitudeAbility to adapt to rapidly changing business circumstances and have the ability to thrive in a constantly changing business environmentnVent Core Values:  All employees must adhere to the following core values: customer first, accountability for performance, innovation and adaptability, positive energy, respect and teamwork, absolute integrity.WE HAVE:A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every dayAt nVent, we connect and protect a more sustainable and electrified world with inventive electrical solutions.
