Role & Responsibility Identify and follow-through on business opportunities for portfolio customers to increase their spending at MakroLead a high-functioning by ensuring store customer development team to achieve KPIsCoach team to work effectively by ensuring the implementation of account and visit plans.Visit high priority customers and go in field to understand and communicate market trends and realities to Head office team.Ensure the implementation of store market opportunity model initiatives.Collaborate with Assistant store general manager to achieve store and customer development team KPIs and ensure operation excellence.Demonstrated ability to drive sales through the actions of others.Supervisory experience in sales and customer service of a retail or B2B wholesale organizationPrevious sales experience with track record of achieving set KPIsTeam and collaboration across stakeholders in store and Head office team. Qualification Thai Male/FemaleGraduate of Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, computer science or related courses5-7 years of working experience, At least 3-5 years supervisory experience in sales and customers service, database management of a retailer or wholesale organizationSelf-motivated,Well-organized, Thorough in numbersProactive, positive thinking and can do attitude.Resulted and details oriented.
