The International Residential Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets for residential properties on a global scale. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and overseeing all aspects of the international residential sales process.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Develop and implement strategies to promote and sell international residential properties to clients. Conduct market research to identify potential buyers and target markets. Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional materials and campaigns. Respond to inquiries from prospective buyers, provide property information, and arrange property viewings. Build and maintain relationships with international developers, real estate agents, and clients. Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Stay updated on international real estate trends, market conditions, and legal aspects related to property sales. Provide guidance and assistance to clients throughout the sales process, including financing options and property documentation. Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary activities related to the sales process. Collaborate with internal teams, such as legal, finance, and marketing, to ensure smooth and successful transactions. QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in real estate sales, preferably in international residential properties. In-depth knowledge of the international real estate market, including market trends, buyer preferences, and legal requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with international clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Proven negotiation and sales skills to secure profitable deals. Ability to work independently and proactively, managing multiple clients and transactions simultaneously. Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate documentation and smooth sales processes. Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking leads, managing contacts, and analyzing market data.
